Admission Requirements
The first step in gaining admission into Chrisland University is to ensure that you meet the admission requirements.
The requirements for admission into the institution include:
• UTME Requirements
Prospective students are required to have written the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must have scored at least 160.
Candidates who score 200 and above in the UTME may be eligible for a scholarship.
• O’Level Requirements
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects in not more than two (2) sittings.
The relevant subjects include English Language, Mathematics, and three (3) other subjects relevant to the course of study.
• Direct Entry Requirements
Candidates who wish to gain admission into Chrisland University through Direct Entry must possess any of the following qualifications:
a. National Diploma (ND) from a recognized Polytechnic.
b. Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized Polytechnic. Post graduate programme
c. National Certificate in Education (NCE) from a recognized College of Education.
d. Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) from a recognized University. Post graduate programme.
• Age Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years old before they can gain admission into Chrisland University.
• JAMB Subject Combination
Candidates are required to register for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and choose Chrisland University as their first choice institution.
Candidates are also required to choose the correct subject combination for their desired course of study.
Chrisland University Fees
The fees charged by Chrisland University are moderate and affordable.
The fees include tuition, accommodation, and other charges.
The fees for the 2021/2022 academic session are as follows:
1. Law, Accounting, and Mass Communication
a. Tuition fee – N500,000 per session
2. Other Courses
a. Tuition fee – N400,000 per session
It is important to note that the fees charged by Chrisland University are subject to change.
Chrisland University Hostel and Accomodation
Chrisland University has comfortable and conducive hostel facilities for its students. The hostels are available for both male and female students.
The hostel fees are included in the fees charged by the institution as stated above.
The hostel allocation process is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who desire to stay in the hostel are required to make a deposit of N50,000 to secure a bed space.
The deposit is part of the hostel fees and is non-refundable.
Students who wish to stay off-campus are required to provide information about their intended accommodation to the Student Affairs Office.
The information provided must include the location, rent charges, and the name and contact details of the landlord. The accommodation must be located within a reasonable distance from the campus.
