Adekunle Ajasin University School Fees

The university’s school fees for the 2021/2022 academic session vary depending on the faculty and department.

Generally, the fees for freshers range from N115, 000 to N150, 000, while the fees for returning students range from N75, 000 to N100, 000.

Besides the tuition fees, there are other fees that students are expected to pay. These fees include acceptance fees, registration fees, departmental fees, and faculty fees, among others.

It is advisable to confirm the exact fees for your faculty and department from the university’s website or the school’s bursary.

Adekunle Ajasin University Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into AAUA, you must meet the university’s admission requirements.

The requirements vary for the different programmes, but the following are the basic requirements:

• UTME Cut-off Mark: The JAMB cut-off mark for AAUA is 180. This means that you must score a minimum of 180 in the UTME before you can apply for admission.

• O’ Level Results: You must have at least 5 credit passes in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, in not more than two sittings.

• Post-UTME screening: You must participate in the AAUA post-UTME screening exercise and obtain a minimum score.

• Direct Entry: If you are applying for admission through the direct entry mode, you must possess a minimum of two A-level passes or its equivalent, in addition to the O’ level requirements.

• Age Limit: You must not be less than 16 years of age by October of the year of admission.

It is essential to note that meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission into the university.

Admission is highly competitive, and the university’s admission board considers other factors such as catchment area, merit, and quota system, among others.

Adekunle Ajasin University Hostel and Accomodation

AAUA provides accommodation for students on campus. The university has several hostels that are allocated based on the availability of space, the category of students (freshers or returning students), and the preference of the students (single, double or triple rooms).

To apply for hostel accommodation, you must first obtain a hostel accommodation form from the Students Affairs Division.

The form comes with a non-refundable application fee (of about N1, 000). The hostel allocation process usually takes place before the commencement of the academic session.

It is advisable to apply for hostel accommodation on time, as the demand for accommodation far outweighs the available spaces, especially for the freshers.

Also, note that the allocation of hostels is subject to availability, and does not guarantee a particular room or bed space.
