Dorben Polytechnic School Fees
Dorben Polytechnic being a private institution, its school fees might be a bit higher compared to other government-owned institutions.
For National Diploma (ND) programs, tuition fees range from N305,000 to N355,000 per academic session, depending on the course.
For Higher National Diplomas (HND) programs, tuition fees can cost between N335,000 to N375,000 per academic session.
It’s important to note that apart from tuition fees, students will also have to pay other additional fees such as acceptance fee, registration fee, and other miscellaneous fees.
Dorben Polytechnic Admission Requirements
Prospective students must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language in either WASSCE, NECO, or GCE O’ level.
For admission into the National Diploma (ND) program, candidates must choose Dorben Polytechnic as their first or second choice and score at least 140 in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.
For admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) program, candidates are required to possess a National Diploma in relevant fields, with a minimum of Lower Credit grade and a minimum of one year of post-ND industrial training.
Hostel Accommodation
Dorben Polytechnic provides hostel accommodation for students on a first-come, first-served basis. The hostel fee ranges from N10,000 to N15,000, depending on the hostel’s specifications.
The hostel is equipped with modern facilities such as 24-hour electricity supply, borehole water supply, a kitchenette, a dining area, a lounge, and a study area.
