How Many Branches Does Kuda Bank Have
Kuda Bank has become a popular digital bank in Nigeria due to its innovative and user-friendly banking services. It has been praised for its ease of use, efficiency and affordable banking products.
Despite being digital, many Nigerians still wonder how many branches Kuda Bank has. This article explores the answer to this question.
Despite being a digital bank, Kuda Bank has a number of physical locations where customers can access its services.
These physical locations are not in the traditional sense of a physical branch but rather kiosks located in strategic locations such as shopping malls and marketplaces.
The aim of these kiosks is to provide customers who may need assistance with using the Kuda Bank app or who prefer to deposit cash, a physical location to do so.
These kiosks are known as ‘Bankers on the street’ and were launched in March 2021. The kiosks function like mini-branches and are manned by Kuda Bank’s agents who assist customers with account opening, depositing cash, and other banking services.
Currently, Kuda Bank has about 10 Bankers on the street kiosks and banks around Lagos State, Nigeria.
The kiosks are located in shopping malls such as Ikeja City Mall and the Palms Mall, supermarkets including Shoprite, and major markets including Alaba International Market.
