– Be a Nigerian citizen by birth
– Be between 18 and 25 years old
– Minimum of five (5) credits in SSCE including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
– At least HND, OND, or NCE certificate from a recognized institution for non-tradesmen/women.
– For tradesmen/women, possession of OND, NCE, or Trade Test Certificate in relevant fields is required.
– Applicants must not be less than 1.68 meters tall for male and 1.65 meters tall for female.
– All applicants must be medically fit and free from any disease, including HIV and disabilities such as a deformity, sight problem, hearing impairment, and communicable diseases.
