The following are the job openings available at Providus Bank Plc:
1. Relationship Manager: The relationship manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the bank’s customers, identifying their banking needs and offering appropriate solutions.
2. Credit Risk Analyst: The credit risk analyst will assess the creditworthiness of the bank’s customers, analyze credit data and financial information to determine the risk of loan default.
3. Internal Auditor: The internal auditor will be responsible for evaluating the bank’s internal controls, identifying weaknesses, and recommending measures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank’s operations.
4. Treasury Specialist: The treasury specialist will be responsible for managing the bank’s liquidity, ensuring that the bank has adequate funds and managing the bank’s investment portfolio.
5. Compliance Officer: The compliance officer will ensure that the bank complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and develops and implements policies and procedures to manage compliance risk.
6. IT Support Officer: The IT support officer will provide technical support to the bank’s users, ensuring that the bank’s systems and applications are running smoothly.
7. Business Development Officer: The business development officer will identify and develop new business opportunities for the bank, and develop and implement strategies to increase the bank’s customer base.
8. Operations Officer: The operations officer will manage the bank’s day-to-day operations, including managing branch activities, managing customer enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
9. Legal Officer: The legal officer will provide legal advice to the bank on legal matters and ensure that the bank complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Marketing Officer: The marketing officer will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bank’s products and services and increase the bank’s brand awareness.
11. HR Officer: The HR officer will manage the bank’s human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
12. Loan Recovery Officer: The loan recovery officer will be responsible for recovering delinquent loans, managing the collection process and maintaining accurate records of loan recoveries.
13. Investment Analyst: The investment analyst will analyze investment opportunities, evaluate potential risks and returns, and make investment recommendations to the bank.
14. Customer Service Officer: The customer service officer will manage customer enquiries, resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to the bank’s customers.
15. Branch Manager: The branch manager will be responsible for managing the bank’s branch operations, ensuring that the branch meets its financial targets, managing the branch staff, and maintaining excellent customer service.
