Salary structure of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC)

1. Assistant Executive Director: N812,200 – N975,894 per annum

2. Deputy Director: N649,637 – N854,358 per annum

3. Assistant Director: N572,281 – N728,547 per annum

4. Principal Officer: N254,049 – N499,800 per month

5. Deputy Principal Officer: N231,000 – N318,000 per month

6. Assistant Principal Officer: N180,000 – N255,000 per month

7. Senior Officer: N150,000 – N210,000 per month.

8. Junior Officer: N90,000 – N150,000 per month

It is important to note that aside from the basic salary structure, NDDC employees are entitled to certain allowances which include security allowance, transport allowance, housing allowance, meal subsidy, and others.
